Participation Form

Passengers booked on our Antarctic air-cruises are asked to complete a Participation Form, which can be easily done on-line (see here below). Here, passengers can submit important information, such as personal data, trip details, special dietary requirements, medical and travel insurance information, which are fundamental for ANTARCTICA XXI to grant personal safety, well-being and a customised service to each passenger.

Important! The Participation Form must be filled individually by each passenger and submitted to ANTARCTICA XXI at least 60 days prior to the departure day of the Antarctic air-cruise. Thank you!
